The world of work is changing rapidly – what about occupational medicine?

The world of work is undergoing profound change – and not just because of digitalization. The increasing isolation of more and more people who have to commute farther and farther is putting a strain on mental health. At the same time, how can work be designed for an aging workforce? And what does sustainable work look like in the face of the climate crisis?

Occupational medicine has to take these changes into account. This is the focus of the 37th National Congress of Occupational Medicine in Montpellier this week, which is also being attended by experts from the ifa.
