We train you in dealing with mental health problems
Today, one in two people will experience mental health problems requiring treatment at some point in their lives. However, those around them often fail to approach those affected and provide first aid – the most important thing to prevent more serious illnesses.
This is exactly where «first aid for mental health» (ensa) comes in, a specially developed method for lay people. Over a total of 12 hours, participants in the ensa course learn the basics and practise giving first aid themselves.
