They can go there with all their health concerns and questions, and are cared for by experienced nursing staff. Either immediately on site without an appointment or by appointment online.

Walk-in consultation
Employees of contractual partners can visit the ifa health centers during opening hours without an appointment. Qualified nursing staff will advise and treat you individually according to your needs. If necessary, a doctor will be consulted. If further medical clarification is required, the subsequent consultation costs will be covered by your personal medical insurance. We also offer online consultations via MS Teams. Please contact your nearest ifa health center for more information.
Medical travel advice
To ensure you are well-prepared for your trip from a medical point of view, we advise you on your travel destinations, be it at the ifa health centers or online, and support you with tailor-made recommendations. These include vaccination recommendations as well as mosquito protection measures and the optimal composition of your first-aid kit. The «Fit for Travel» check offers you a comprehensive assessment of your fitness to travel. In addition to a professional review of your vaccination record, it includes an in-depth analysis of your physical and mental health. Find out more here. Vaccinations
On request, we will review your vaccination card to ensure it is up to date and recommend any necessary booster shots. A wide range of vaccinations are available at the ifa health centers. For vaccinations for private purposes, employees are only charged for the vaccine.
Cardiovascular check-up
Prevent cardiovascular disease. Through an individual medical history and assessment, we can identify and positively influence risk factors. To accomplish this, we determine cholesterol and blood sugar levels, blood pressure, and pulse. You will receive all results immediately after your appointment.
Ergonomics
Do you experience neck tension, back pain, headaches, or pain in your shoulders, arms, or hands? We would be happy to advise you. On request, we can provide you and your employees with information and instruction on ergonomic issues in the workplace.
Nutrition
We would be happy to advise you on various aspects of nutrition. For further treatment, nutritional psychology counseling is also available. You can find more information here.
Stress and psychological strain
In stressful situations, the ifa health centers are your first point of contact, and appointments are not necessary. We will advise you on professional and personal stress and strain, and we will discuss the next steps with you. We can also refer you internally to other specialist departments such as the psychotherapy team.
Smoking cessation
If you want to quit smoking, we are happy to support you with an individual consultation appointment at an ifa health center or online. If needed, we also hold group workshops on this topic.
Break rooms
The ifa health centers offer break rooms for rest, migraine attacks, pumping, or breastfeeding, depending on availability. Please inquire with us.

Flu vaccinations
We organize an annual campaign on the topic of flu vaccinations. During the campaign, your employees can get vaccinated at ifa health centers. We also come directly to your company to make it easier for your employees to get their flu vaccinations on site.
Emergency service
The ifa health centers are your point of contact for first aid in an emergency. We also provide emergency medical care on your company premises.
Emergency aid courses
ifa experts will train your employees at various levels to become company first aiders in accordance with IVR and SRC guidelines. We also offer specialized courses on specific topics and for specific target groups, such as pediatric emergency courses for parents and educators.
